The Villa

The spacious, beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned Villa has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people in comfort.
The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms with large closets and they share the second bathroom. The screen enclosed heated private swimming pool with additional privacy screening has a covered Lanai complete with a table and 6 chairs, a BBQ and a ceiling fan for those hot days and sultry evenings. The pool area is provided with an umbrella, sun loungers and pool lilos. The Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full complement of appliances and utensils and a Breakfast Area with a table and four chairs. There is a telephone in the kitchen and in the master bedroom with FREE calls. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge. The lounge also contains an entertainment centre with satellite TV, a DVD player with a selection of disks and a Hi-Fi unit. There is also a selection of paperback books and board games. The lounge is also provided with a 2-seat sofa, a rocking arm chair and a 3-seat sofa which also serves as a queen size sleeper. Satellite TV's are provided in all the bedrooms. A DVD player is located in the 2nd bedroom and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games is located in the 3rd bedroom. The games room is located in the garage.
A child's high chair, a traval cot with bedding and a stroller are also provided free.
All LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS ARE FREE and also FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION is available.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. Anybody who wishes to smoke may do so in the lanai area.
