It is situated in a quiet residential area in a 9-hole golf community within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beaches on the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Mexico coast are just over a one hour drive and the Kennedy Space Center is about 1 1/2 hours. The Villa is ideally located for a holiday home. Entrance to Esprit Estate The Esprit Estate boasts an excellent 9-hole golf course and across the main highway is a very affordable 18-hole golf course. There are many designer courses within easy driving distance, including Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman, which is about a 25 minute drive. The Esprit Estate backs on to the 600 acre Lake Davenport.
